What are Bulk Hydraulic Hoses?
Mangueiras hidráulicas a granel are hoses that have not been cut or crimped to fittings. These hoses are manufactured from hydraulic hose factories and they are not assembled into hose assemblies. They are supplied to customers in reels ou rolls.
Mangueiras hidráulicas entrançadas are typically available in 50-meter and 100-meter lengths per reel, and mangueiras hidráulicas espirais are available in 40-meter reels.

Why Choose Bulk Hydraulic Hoses?
Bulk hydraulic hoses are lower cost than buying hydraulic hose assemblies for hydraulic shops and repairing hydraulic equipment service supplier. They allow for the cutting and crimping of hose assemblies to any length, minimizing downtime.
When to Buy Bulk Hydraulic Hoses
For heavy equipment companies that frequently need maintan equipment hydraulic system, such as those in construction, mining, and agriculture. Repurchasing hydraulic assemblies for each repair has high cost. Buy bulk hydraulic hoses and crimping the assemblies themselves allows for lower cost control and reduces equipment downtime.
For OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), whose equipment uses hydraulic hoses, purchasing bulk hydraulic hoses ensures better compatibility with their equipment, making the hydraulic system safer. They can also print their brand logo on the hoses to highlight the professionalism of their equipment.
Large repair shops and hydraulic shops also typically purchase bulk hydraulic hoses. They need to ensure their inventory of a full range of hydraulic hose types at reasonable prices to better support their hydraulic business.
How to Choose Bulk Hydraulic Hoses
When choosing hydraulic hoses, the size, material, e tamanho of the hose need to be based on factors such as working pressure, working temperature, fluid medium, and operating environment.
First, ensure the hose's maximum working pressure is higher than the system's working pressure, and select appropriate inner and outer diameters based on system pressure and medium flow rate to ensure smooth installation and connection. Second, choose suitable materials based on hydraulic fluid compatibility, medium temperature, and external environment, such as oil-resistant, wear-resistant, or corrosion-resistant butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, or polyester. Finally, consider the hose's length and minimum bending radius to avoid excessive bending or stretching, ensuring service life and system safety.
How to Choose a Bulk Hydraulic Hose Supplier
When choosing a bulk hydraulic hose supplier, you should first clarify your own needs (pressure, flow rate, layout), then research brands e product quality, and make a choice by comparing cost-effectiveness. After consulting with professionals for advice, select the most suitable supplier based on specific characteristics, performance, and price.
How to Store Bulk Hydraulic Hose
The storage environment of a hose affects its performance. The storage temperature must be between 0°C and 35°C; 15°C is the ideal temperature for long-term storage. High temperatures accelerate the aging of rubber hoses, while low temperatures make them brittle.
Furthermore, the relative humidity must not exceed 65% to prevent expansion and internal aging due to moisture. The warehouse should be well-ventilated to block excessive heat and protect the hoses from prolonged direct sunlight. Continuous exposure to sunlight will wear down the hose material over time, leading to structural cracking and damage.
Improper storage of hoses can cause permanent deformation and reduce their performance. Hoses with an inner diameter greater than 76 mm must be stored straight to avoid bending stress and deformation. Hoses with smaller inner diameters can be coiled, but the coiled portion must be at least 8 times the outer diameter of the hose to avoid excessive stress on the material.
Using storage racks, reels, or wall hooks can keep hoses neatly arranged and maximize storage space. Hoses should be well supported to prevent kinking and maintain their internal structure.
It also needs to be protected from ultraviolet radiation, chemicals, and physical stress in order to be ready for use at any time.
