Quali sono i materiali e i processi di produzione dei tubi idraulici?

A hydraulic hose is a common hydraulic component, mainly used in industrial and mechanical fields. In the hydraulic system, the hose is subjected to high pressure and high temperature, so it needs to use high-quality raw materials and fine manufacturing processes to ensure its safety and reliability. In the following, let’s understand the raw materials and production process of hydraulic hoses.

Raw materials for making hydraulic hoses

  1. Rubber:

Commonly used rubber types are neoprene rubber (NBR), butyl rubber (BR), natural rubber (NR), and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).

  2. Steel wire:

Commonly used steel wire materials include high-carbon steel wire, low-carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc.

  3. Textiles:

Commonly used textiles include cotton yarn, nylon, polyester, etc.

  4. Other additives:

such as vulcanizing agents, antioxidants, preservatives, matting agents, etc.

Production process of making hydraulic hose

  1. rubber mix

First, rubber and other additives are mixed together in specific proportions to form a rubber compound.

  2. Preparation of Rubber Core

The first step involves preparing the rubber core, which is the innermost layer of the hydraulic hose. It is made by mixing raw rubber material with other additives to achieve the desired properties.

  3. Vulcanization of Rubber Core:

After preparing the rubber core, it is vulcanized to increase its strength and durability.

  4. steel wire merge

When making a steel wire reinforced hose, it is necessary to wrap the steel wire around the rubber body. In order to make the steel wire and rubber tightly bonded, the steel wire needs to be pretreated, such as surface treatment, phosphating treatment, etc.

  5. Rubber tube Extrusion

Put the reinforcing layer on the inner rubber tube and put it into the extruder to extrude to form the inner rubber tube.

  6. Pressure Extrusion of Middle Layer:

A middle layer of rubber is pressure-extruded over the inner tube to provide additional strength and resistance to the hose.

  7. Reinforcement winding

A layer of steel wire or textile is wound around the tube to form a reinforcement.

  8. Braided or wound reinforcement

A layer of steel wire or textile is braided or wound around the tube to form an intermediate reinforcement

  9. Outer hose extrusion

Put the reinforcement layer and the inner rubber tube into the extruder, and then extrude a layer of rubber compound to form the outer rubber tube.

  10. hose cover

The outer layer of the hose can be treated differently according to the needs, and the common methods are cloth wrapping and plastic covering.

  11. vulcanization

Put the hose into the vulcanization oven for vulcanization. During the vulcanization process, hydraulic hoses are subjected to high temperatures and pressures, which tightly bond the tube, braid, and cover to form a one-piece hose construction.

  12. Core Removal:

After the vulcanization process is complete, the rubber core is removed from the inner tube.

  13. Plastic Film Removal or Water Washing:

The plastic film is removed or the hose is washed with water to remove any remaining residues.

  14. Quality Inspection

Carry out the quality inspection on manufactured hydraulic hoses, including visual inspection, dimensional accuracy inspection, pressure burst test, bending test, compression torsion test, and other indicators to ensure that they meet relevant standards and requirements.

  15. Storage

In conclusion, the finished hydraulic hose is stored in a suitable environment to maintain its quality and integrity until it is ready to be used.

The above is a brief introduction to the production process and raw materials of hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic hoses are widely used in various mechanical equipment, and their quality is directly related to the performance and life of mechanical equipment. Therefore, relevant standards and specifications must be strictly followed in the production process to ensure the quality and reliability of hydraulic hoses.
