What are Dock hoses
Dock hoses are specialized hoses used for loading and unloading petroleum products and other substances from shore facilities or storage tanks to ships or barges. They are also commonly referred to as “marine hoses” or “ship-to-shore hoses.”
Difference between dock hoses and cargo oil hoses
Dock hoses are similar to cargo oil hoses, but are specifically designed for fixed installations on docks, piers or wharves. They are typically much longer than cargo oil hoses and range in length from a few meters to hundreds of meters. Dock oil hoses are made from high quality materials that can withstand the corrosive effects of salt water and harsh marine environments.
