EN 853 2SN - SAE 100r2AT Hydraulic Hose
EN853 2SN hydraulic hose produced with oil resistant synthetic rubber and reinforced with two high-tensile steel wire braided.
EN 853 2SN wire braided hydraulic hose is suitable for conveying water and petroleum-based hydraulic oil at operating temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. And can work intermittently at 120°C.
Mainly used for outdoor applications such as coasts, forests, factories and similar areas where excellent wear resistance is required.
It consists of three parts: inner tube, reinforcement and cover.
The hose inner tube is made of high-quality synthetic rubber blend and has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oil resistance.
The reinforcement layer is made of two layers of high-strength steel wire, which makes the hose work well under high pressure conditions.
The outer cover layer is made of synthetic rubber that is resistant to wear, weathering, cutting, aging and sunlight.

What is the difference between EN853 1SN and EN 853 2SN type?
hydraulic hose EN853 1SN and EN 853 2SN both are medium pressure hydraulic hoses. They have the same cover and core. The core is oil and water resistant synthetic rubber, and the cover is black color synthetic rubber resistant to oil, water and ozone. They have different reinforcement layer. The EN 853 1SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose has one-braid high tensile steel wire and the EN 853 2SN hydraulic hose has two-braid high tensile steel wire.
What is the difference between 2ST type and 2SN type?
