DIN EN857 1SC - K Hydraulic Hose

1SCK is Sinopulse's high-pressure hydraulic hose manufacturing standard. It can withstand higher pressures than the standard EN 857 hydraulic hose, with a working pressure range of 110–209 Bar / 1595–4205 PSI. Its structure is similar to EN 853 1SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose. The difference is that it has smaller outside diameters, which solves the problem of compact and narrow installation space for some equipment piping. It has a three-layer structure: the inner tube uses synthetic rubber and can transport mineral and biological oils, glicol-water based water, water, and lubricants; the reinforcing layer consists of a single layer of high-strength steel wire braid; and the cover is made from oil, abrasion, corrosion, weather, and aging resistant synthetic rubber with a cloth-like finish.

KONSTRUKTION:
Rohr: Hochfester synthetischer Kautschuk.

Verstärkung: Eine Lage hochfestes Stahldrahtgeflecht.

Umschlag: Anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels, and atmospheric conditions, wrapped and smooth surfaces available.

TEMPERATUR:

-40 °C bis +100 °C (kurzzeitig 120 °C).

110-209 Bar / 1595-4205 PSI
