SAE 100 R8 Thermoplastic Hose
SAE 100 R8 hose is a thermoplastic hydraulic hose. and It consists of three parts: the tube body, the reinforcement and the cover. The tube is made of high quality hydraulic fluid resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used for conveying hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement material is made of suitable synthetic fibers. The outer cover is made of weather and hydraulic fluid resistant thermoplastic with MSHA approved, giving the hose a longer service life. It is suitable for conveying synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids, mainly for high pressure applications, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
SAE 100R8 high pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hose is recommended for high pressure hydraulic lines, lubrication, medium pressure gas, and solvent (for high pressure hydraulic applications from 140 to 420 bar (2000 to 6000 psi)). and it is used in nonconductive applications such as blowout preventers, lube lines and construction machinery. Available Sizes from 3/16" to 1".
