Rubber High-Pressure Hoses (150 psi and 6000 psi.):

Rubber high-pressure hose is a high-pressure hose made of synthetic rubber, and it has wide applications. It consists of multiple layers of structure. Both inner and outer tubes are made of synthetic rubber, which can be oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant. The reinforced layers are mainly made of braided and spiral steel wire, to achieve high-pressure endurance. The working pressure range of this hose is between 150 psi and 6000 psi. It has good flexibility. It has wide applications in engineering machinery and hydraulic equipment.

Thermoplastic High-Pressure Hoses (1000 psi to 5200 psi):

The material of thermoplastic high-pressure hose is a high-molecule polymer (plastic). It is made of higher flexibility and lighter weight. It also has a three-layer structure. The inner core is made of polyurethane and nylon materials, which can be compatible with most materials. The reinforced layer is woven with fibers, and the outer layer is made of thermoplastic materials. This material is more abrasive and resistant to chemistry, which can prevent the risk of hose leakage. The pressure range of thermoplastic hose is from 1000 psi to 5200 psi. This hose is light in weight and has good flexibility. It is often used in light hydraulic equipment and small hydraulic equipment.

Stainless Steel PTFE High-Pressure Hoses (300 psi to 4000 psi):

Ptfe tubing, Teflon materials can better satisfy users with high temperature and corrosion requirements, can cope with extreme environments, and is a flexible pipe capable of enduring high working pressure. The inner core of this tubing is made of ptfe materials, and the outer layer is woven with stainless steel wire, which can provide higher pressure intensity and protection. The pressure range ranges from 300 psi to 4000 psi. It performs well in extreme high or low temperature environments. It is mainly used in chemical engineering, transporting strong corrosive or high-temperature, high-pressure steam on mechanical equipment, etc.

Steel Wire Braided High-Pressure Hoses (150 psi and 3000 psi):

High-pressure metal hose is a pipe system component specifically designed to withstand high-pressure environments while maintaining high flexibility and corrosion resistance. It typically consists of three parts: corrugated metal hose, mesh, and connector. It can transport gases and liquids in high-pressure environments. Operating pressure ranges from 150 psi to 3000 psi.

Composite High-Pressure Hose (150 psi and 250 psi)

A composite high-pressure hose is a flexible tube composed of multiple materials. It consists of three layers: the inner core, the reinforcement layer, and the outer layer. The inner core is made of polytetrafluoroethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene. This allows the material to transport strong corrosive materials. The reinforcement layer is composed of woven steel wire, coiled wire, and other methods. It can make the hose more resistant to pressure. The working pressure is between 150 psi and 250 psi. The outer protective material is polyurethane (PU), rubber, and other materials. It can better protect the inner structure of the hose. The outer layer of this material can also have anti-aging and wear-resistant characteristics. The design of the composite hose allows the hose to withstand high pressure while flexibly bending to adapt to complex installation environments. It is mainly used in oil, chemical, mining, and other industries. These industries have high requirements for weight, flexibility, and pressure tolerance.

Hydraulic Hoses (500 psi to 6000 psi):

Hydraulic hoses are key components in hydraulic systems and play a crucial role in the transmission of fluid dynamics within machinery and equipment. They are designed to withstand high pressure and transmit hydraulic fluids between different components, such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and electric motors.

Hydraulic hose is a flexible hose made of rubber, thermoplastic material, or stainless steel.  It can withstand high pressure of 500 to 6000 psi. The specific work is determined by different hose structural materials and internal diameter sizes.

Industrial Hose (150 psi and 300 psi):

Industrial hose is mainly used to transport materials, whether air, water, or oil. It can safely and reliably transport materials in chemical processing, food processing, ships, and material transport. Industrial piping and hydraulic piping are similar in structure, but most reinforced layers of materials are fibers braided. Therefore, pressure tolerance is lower than hydraulic hose, but higher than ordinary rubber hose. Typical industrial piping working pressure has two options of 150 psi and 300 psi, which can meet most transport needs.

Ultra High Pressure Hose (10,000 psi to 31,000 psi.):

Ultra-high pressure hoses play a vital role in industrial equipment, construction, and surface treatment. They are used to perform cutting or cleaning tasks by generating high water pressure. These hoses operate at very high pressures (10,000 psi to 31,000 psi). The reinforcement layer is composed of multiple layers of steel wire winding, making them more wear-resistant and less prone to bursting

Pneumatic Hose (800-1400 psi )

Pneumatic hoses are a type of high-pressure hose specifically designed for conveying compressed air. They are made of nylon and polyamide materials. The smooth inner wall of this material effectively reduces pressure loss during air compression and is commonly used in air compressors, pneumatic tools, etc. It can transport compressed air at a working pressure of 800-1400 psi while maintaining the characteristics of light weight and high flexibility, making it easier to move.
