PVC Reinforced Hose
PVC Reinforced Hose is a flexible hose made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) reinforced with a mesh of polyester yarn or other materials. It is commonly used in industrial applications such as air and water delivery, chemical transfer, and food and beverage processing. The reinforced PVC hose is more durable and resistant to kinks and tears than standard PVC hose, making it an ideal choice for applications that require a robust and reliable hose.
There are two common types of reinforced PVC hoses: PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hose and PVC Fibre Reinforced Hose
1. PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hose
Applications: Widely used for sucking or discharging water, oil, weak chemicals, and powders in industry, agriculture, factory, mining, building, etc.
Tube: Non-toxic clear, flexible PVC.
Reinforcement: Strong and flexible steel wire spiral.
Cover: non-toxic clear, flexible PVC.
Characteristics: Strong, abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, and weather resistant. It’s of stability and flexibility underperformance.
Temperature range: -5ºC to +65 ºC.

2. PVC Fibre Reinforced Hose
Applications: Widely used for the conveyance of water, air, oil, weak chemicals, other gases, and liquids in industry, agriculture, foodstuff, sanitary, etc.
Tube: Non-toxic clear, flexible PVC.
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic fiber spiraled.
Cover: Non-toxic clear, flexible PVC
Characteristics: Flexible, transparent, pressure resistant, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant, and corrosion resistant with much longer life.
Temperature range: -5ºC to +65 ºC
