Low-Pressure Hose
Low-Pressure Hose
Low pressure hydraulic rubber hose (fibre reinforced non-metallic)
Textile braided low pressure hydraulic hose is commonly used in suction and return lines for petroleum and water based hydraulic fluids, anti-static transfer lines and vacuum applications, especially where close wiring is urgently required. It also includes return hoses, lubrication lines and air lines for unbraked applications.
Low pressure textile braided hose for petroleum based hydraulic fluids / lubricants / diesel / unleaded petrol / aqueous emulsions / water and air. Not recommended for pulse applications. Note: Not recommended for ethanol/methanol (including blends)
One layer of low pressure hydraulic hose
inner tube rubber: black, oil resistant, acrylic (NBR).
Reinforcement layer: one or more layers of braided or plaited textile fibres, steel wire with appropriate helix.
Outer rubber cover: oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C (-40 °F to +212 °F).
SAE 100R6 low pressure hydraulic hose
Inner rubber tube: oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: a layer of suitable braided fibre.
Outer rubber cover: oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C (-40 °F to +212 °F).
Low Pressure Air and Fluid Industrial Hoses
We offer a wide variety of low pressure air and fluid hoses for HVLP, Turbine HVLP, LVLP, Reduced Pressure and Conventional Air Spraying technologies.
Low-Pressure Fire Hose
There are basically two main types of fire hose available; high pressure hose and low pressure hose. At first glance, high pressure hoses deliver a steady stream of high pressure water to the flames, which may seem ideal in all situations, but this is not the case. In many cases, a low-pressure water hose is a better solution.
A low pressure hose (usually an LDH hose) delivers a steady stream of large diameter water to the flame. The stream of water may not be as high pressure, but it can still eject a large amount of water to effectively extinguish the flame. In fact, these types of hoses may spray more water into the flame than a high pressure hose can deliver.
As a professional hose manufacturer, we produce a wide range of low pressure hoses. With over 15 years of experience in hose manufacturing and customisation, we are able to produce hoses to meet your requirements. Contact us now!
