DOUBLE WIRE BRAID HOSES
A 2 layer of steel wire braid is added when a single wire braid hose does not provide a measure of safety. There are two reasons for this: the extra wire provides higher working pressure, and if the hose cover is damaged and the outer braid may rust and fail, the inner braid is still protected. This is an important consideration when a hose is damaged externally and then left out in the weather (e.g. agricultural machinery). Double steel wire braided hydraulic hoses are widely used in daily life and industry due to their affordable price, wide range of applications, and the fact that they provide a certain level of safety.

Stainless Steel Braided Hose
316L-core stainless steel braided hose with 321 stainless steel double braid for increased hose pressure. The corrugated core is flexible to limit kinking. It is typically used in high-temperature vacuum and high-pressure corrosive environments or where penetration is undesirable.
