This EN 856 4SH Steel Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose has a higher working pressure performance, so it is very suitable for extremely high pressure working conditions. Differences between EN 856 4SP and EN 856 4SH
Hydraulic hoses EN 856 4SP and EN 856 4SH have the same structure. Both have an inner tube, a reinforcement layer and an outer layer. In addition, they are both suitable for extremely high pressure applications. However, the reinforcement layer is different. EN 856 4SP is reinforced with 4 layers of steel wire braid. But EN 856 4SH is a steel wire spiral layer. In fact, the steel wire braid reinforcement layer can withstand higher pressures. But EN 856 4SH is also suitable for your tough hydraulic work.

Technical characteristics of 4SH high-pressure hoses
The operating parameters of hoses in the 4SH category meet the requirements of EN ISO 1402, including indicators such as maximum pressure and abrasion resistance. In order to select a hose suitable for the working conditions, the following characteristics of the hose need to be taken into account:
Nominal channel diameter. The indicator ranges from 19 to 51 mm, depending on the model. This parameter is reflected in the marking: Hose RVD 4SH 25, 32, 38, etc.
Working pressure. RVD 4SH – Extremely high-pressure hose. Depending on the inner diameter, this number ranges from 250 to 420 atmospheres.
Burst pressure. For hoses with four spiral reinforcement layers, this number ranges from 1100 to 1680 atmospheres.
Bending radius. This type of hose hose is not highly flexible. The indicator range is from 280 to 700 mm.
Operating temperature. Most 4SH hoses are suitable for operation in a temperature range of -40 to +100 degrees. A short-term increase to +120 degrees is possible.
