SAE 100R13 Hydraulic Hose

SAE 100 R13 steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils and it is also mainly used in high pressure working conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black high quality black synthetic rubber, making it easy to convey petroleum-based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple plies of spirally-wrapped high tensile steel wire, making the hose could handle extremely high working pressure . Its reinforced construction guarantees reliable and durable performance even in extreme conditions, making it the ideal choice for heavy-duty applications where a balance of strength and reliable performance is crucial. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber which is weather and temperature resistant. MSHA approved. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R13.

Inner Tube: high quality black synthetic rubber Resistant to Oil & Water

Reinforcement: 4 Or 6 Spiral Steel Wire, making the hose work well in very high pressure environment.

Reinforcement 1: Four spirals of 1/4" to 1" (DN 19- 31) high-tensile steel wire.

Reinforcement 2: Six spirals of 1-1/4" to 2" (DN 38 - 51) high-tensile steel wire.

Cover: high-quality black abrasion, corrosion and weather resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose have longer service life. MSHA Certified
