Rubber Green Oxygen Hose Manufacturer

Rubber Oxygen Hoses

Rubber oxygen hoses are flexible hoses used to transport oxygen and other gases in various industrial and medical applications. They are made from multiple materials, including natural rubber, neoprene, and EPDM rubber, and are reinforced with various materials, such as steel wire, polyester, and nylon. Rubber oxygen hoses are designed to resist abrasion, ozone, and UV radiation and are available in various sizes.

Especially useful in harsh conditions, this green general-purpose oxygen tubing provides oxygen flow up to 300 psi working pressure. It can withstand high working pressures for reliability and long working life.

Applications: Green Oxygen/GP Hose is designed to handle the harsh, severe conditions found in steel production and refinery environments. In addition, the highly oil-resistant green cover follows the color coding of the factory oxygen supply. However, it is not recommended for fuel oil or suction applications.

What is Oxygen Hose

Oxygen Hose is a quality single-wire welded hose for oxygen applications only. It has a flame retardant, oil resistant tube and cover. Oxygen welded hose is available in long continuous lengths. It provides maximum versatility and ease of handling in a variety of applications where only non-kinked oxygen hose or separation of gas and oxygen sources is required.

What are the advantages of oxygen hose

Non-frosting hose for oxygen and acetylene hose minimizes migration of combustible waxes or plasticizers to the rubber surface. Multi-layer fabric reinforcement makes the hose pliable. Covers are abrasion, flame, temperature and chemical, oil and ozone resistant. Oxypropane hoses are therefore important for plasma-oxygen-fuel combination welding and cutting equipment applications. which often generate large amounts of ozone.

What Oxygen Hose Can Convey

Oxyacetylene hose is designed for welding, cutting and related operations. Specific welding hose for oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon and gas. Includes acetylene, natural gas, methane and propane, available on request.

What is Oxygen Delivery Hose

Oxygen delivery hose for welding and technical applications in shipyards, construction, and manufacturing industries. working pressure for this hose is 20 Bar. Oxygen hose is a delivery hose for the safe transport of oxygen in a wide range of welding and technical applications. Specifically engineered to meet the requirements of a wide variety of industries, the oxygen hose is designed with the following characteristics in mind
