 SAE 100R4 Suction and Return Hose

SAE 100 R4 is used to suction and return petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids for low-pressure return lines or suction lines. It is made of oil-resistant rubber, so it can withstanding high temperature, tamper range from -40°C up to +100 °C.

It is constructed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from oil-resistant synthetic rubber, so it can handle petroleum and water-base fluids easily. The reinforcement is made one helical wire between two braids of textile reinforcement to prevent hose collapse under suction. The cover is made from abrasion and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber and can withstand diverse weather conditions ranging from -40°F to 250°F.  We supply r4 hose sizes from 3/4" to 4" ID (larger sizes available by special order only).

Tube: High quality black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making this hose widely used for oil transportation.

Reinforcement: two braids of textile reinforcement with flexible steel helix wire

Cover: High quality synthetic rubber that is wear resistant, corrosion resistant, weather resistant, and ozone resistant.
