Bulk Material Hose
Dry Bulk Material Hose are used to meet all of our dry or material handling needs. Bulk material handling hoses are used to create custom hoses for conveying dry, abrasive materials such as cement, fertilizer, fly ash, glass, gravel, and rock salt. These hoses can be cut to the desired length and compatible hose fittings can be added to the end of the hose to connect it to the equipment. Bulk material handling hoses connect to suction, pneumatic, or gravity powered material handling systems.
1. Tube: Black Conductive NR - Abrasion Resistant
2. Reinforcement: Spiraled high tensile textile cords with flexible steel helix wire
3. Cover: black synthetic rubber, fabric impression, corrugated or smooth, abrasion and ozone resistant
4. Application: For suction, discharge, or gravity flow of abrasives, dry cement, sand, gravel etc from manufacturing, sandblast recovery, mineral processing, and power plants.
5.Temperature: -40ยฐCto+82ยฐC(-40ยฐF to+180ยฐF)
