3/16" - 2" General Purpose Rubber Air Hose
Smooth/wrapped air hose/water hose Mainly used as a connector between air compressor and other equipment. It is widely used in underwater diving, such as scuba diving. It is an important part of diving suits and other types of surface air supply diving equipment. On the other hand, air hoses are used for air brakes between tractors and semi-trailers.
It consists of three parts: the tube, the reinforcement layer and the outer layer. The tube is made of high quality black smooth synthetic rubber, mainly Nitrile, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oil. The reinforcement layer is made of multiple layers of high-strength synthetic fibers, giving the hose a strong structure. The outer layer is made of high quality black smooth synthetic rubber, mainly neoprene rubber, which is characterized by fire resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance. Therefore the hose has a long service life.
Tube and Cover: NR & SBR synthetic rubber, black color
Reinforcement: 1ply or 2ply polyester yarn thread braiding
Hose ID Range : 3/16" - 2". Common use 1/2 inch inside diameter.
Application: Mainly used for conveying of air, inert gas and water in mining, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, steel production etc.
Working Temperature: -30ยฐC (22ยฐF) to 80ยฐC (+176ยฐF)
