Arctic fuel transfer hose with internal spring guard, stainless steel ground wire and fuel-resistant neoprene exterior. Designed for gasoline, diesel, B20, E15, and kerosene. They use low-temperature synthetic rubber, which is highly resistant to oi,l especially at extremely cold environments. The hoses is frost-resistant for high-pressure use applications.

Tube: High-strength synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement:

2 layers of high-strength steel wire -  2SC hose -55℃ Frost-resistant

1 layer of high strength steel wire -  1SC hose -55℃ Frost-resistant

4 spiral layers of high-strength steel wire - 4sp hose -55℃ Frost-resistant

Cover: Anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions

Working Temperature Range:

-50°C to +100°C (intermittent -55°C or +120°C) Prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce hose life

Application:

Mineral and biological oils, water-glycol based, water, lubricants.

Diesel fuel, gasoline, hot lube oil and water. A superior hose for marine fuel systems.

Certification

MSHA and ISO9001:2015 and GOST and SGS Approved.

Meets SAE J1527 Type A1 (Flame resistant, increased permeation resistance). FC234 is an SAE J1942-1 (May 2002) qualified hose for marine fuel lines, no firesleeve required.

Typical Fittings: Variety of insert style fittings for use with air/water, N90 farm tank, N93/N94 crimp fuel ends, N98/N99 chrome curb pump fuel fittings (low pressure/gravity only), N95/N96 permanent brass Scovills for fuel service, testing & certification. One end quality control marked to ensure proper ground.

1. When packing hydraulic hoses, cartons or wooden boxes according to customer requirements.
