Bulk Material Hose

Bulk Material Handling Hose is an abrasion resistant, thick wall hose designed for conveying highly abrasive wet and dry materials. Also known as Green Vacuum Hose, it is suitable for vacuum and positive pressure applications. The hose features a rubber non-marking tube made from FDA compliant materials. Bulk Material Handling Hose is a durable choice for hydro excavation and vacuum trucks that require a large diameter abrasion resistant hose. Bulk Material Handling Hose can be customized with built-in end fittings, with higher working pressure ratings, or customized with large diameter sizes.
Material Handling Hose is used to convey bulk loose materials with a high abrasive coefficient. They are used in applications such as sandblasting, shot blasting, dry ice blasting, plaster, concrete, cement, sand and gravel conveying, and also for grain, pellets, feed, seed, sugar, flour.
To meet the specific requirements of these applications, material handling hoses are made of abrasion resistant materials such as: SBR/NR rubber compounds, PU/PVC plastic materials, or ceramic plates embedded in natural rubber. The inner layer of food grade hoses is made of white rubber.

The hoses in this group have an internal diameter ranging from 13 to 500 mm. The maximum operating pressure is 80 bar (concrete hose).

Bulk material hoses are used for conveying pellets, feed, seeds, grain, sugar, flour, powder, cement, lime and sand. These dry bulk materials are conveyed through the hose, using compressed air or without pressure (gravity drop). Widely used in warehouses, silos, cement plants, mines, power plants, steel mills, insulation material manufacturing plants. Frequently used in loading and unloading operations for road and rail transport (cement trucks, feed trucks, flour trucks).
Material conveying hoses for loose materials are made of wear-resistant SBR/NR rubber compounds, PU/PVC plastic materials or ceramics. The inner layer of the food conveying hose is made of white rubber.
