Dredging Hose

The housing is made of a rubber composite material with high weather, UV and ozone resistance.
A wear indicating layer can be applied to dredging hoses carrying abrasive media.
A single foam floating layer prevents water absorption. Not less than 20% of the total volume of the hose is exposed to water.

Bend angle: 0ยฐ to +45ยฐ in working condition.
SUCTION DREDGING HOSE
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube: Abrasive resistant synthetic rubber with high strength breaker plies and coated with a high grade synthetic rubber interior surface.
Reinforcement: High tensile strength fabrics with a steel inner structure. Fully embedded steel wire coils are incorporated to achieve kink, crush and local load resistance.
Cover: Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, sea water and oil exposure. The cover, which incorporates reinforcing breaker plies is black with a bright orange spiral stripe or coated in tough bright orange polyurethane.
TEMPERATURE: -32ยฐC to +80ยฐC.
APPLICATION:
Suction dredge hoses are designed for sediment absorption along with dredging ships. It is mainly applied for river and harbor construction,land reclamation and dredging,to extend the distance of the water dredging,The flexible and easily installed dredging hoses are abrasion and kink resistant thanks to the synthetic materials combined with the helix steel reinforcement wire. The smooth interior of the hoses helps prevent clogs and avoids damage from the abrasive materials passing through.
DISCHARGE DREDGING HOSE
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube: Synthetic abrasive resistant rubber with high strength breaker plies coated with high grade synthetic rubber to achieve maximum adhesion of the lining to the hose carcass.
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high tensile reinforcing materials with outstanding resistance to fatigue. Fully embedded steel wire coils are incorporated to achieve kink, crush and local load resistance.
Cover: Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, sea water and oil. The cover, which incorporates reinforcing breaker plies is black with a bright orange spiral stripe or coated in a tough bright orange polyurethane.
TEMPERATURE: -25ยฐC to +80ยฐC.
APPLICATION:
The discharge dredging hose is used to transport sediments along with dredging ships at port and dock,it is used for discharging of seawater, silt, sand and other dredging materials,it can be connected with pipeline well,and reduce sway for wave,so that medium can flow more smoothly
