EN 853 1SN Hydraulic Hose
The EN 853 1SN type steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is recommended for medium-pressure hydraulic lines. It has the characteristics of being wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure-resistant. It consists of three parts: the inner tube, the reinforcement layer and the cover. Due to the tube material, it has the properties of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high-strength steel wire reinforcement, it can operate normally in high-pressure environments. It is usually used for transporting ethylene glycol, mineral oil, fuel, lubricants, emulsions, etc. In addition, due to the wrapped cover pattern design of the cover, it also has the properties of resisting weather, ozone, aging and sunlight exposure.

What is EN853 1SN Hydrualic Hose?
EN853 1SN is a technical standard referring to a type of single-layer steel wire braided hydraulic hose that complies with European standards. This hose is structured in three layers: an inner layer of oil-resistant synthetic rubber tube, a middle layer of a single-layer high-strength steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and an outer layer of a wear-resistant synthetic rubber tube. It is widely used for transporting media such as hydraulic oil and can operate within a temperature range of 40 ℃ to 100℃.
What is the meaning of EN 853 1SN & 100R1S?
The EN 853 1SN 100R1S hydraulic hose is a steel wire reinforced rubber hose widely used in hydraulic systems. It can transport liquids such as mineral oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, and lubricating oil, and is suitable for various medium-pressure hydraulic systems.
What is the different between EN853 1SN and EN 853 2SN?
EN 853 1SN single wire braided hydraulic hose is mainly used in high pressure hydraulic systems. The difference between 1ST and 1SN is that the later type has thinner covers. So type 1SN is not suitable for applications that requires remove.
EN 853 2SN hydraulic rubber hose is reinforced by two-braid high tensile steel wires to support high working pressures – up to 6020 psi at 3/16" I.D.. Oil resistant tube and ozone & abrasion resistant cover contribute long-term service life. It is available to convey water based and petroleum based hydraulic fluids within -40°C to 100°C (max. 120 °C intermittent).
