Furnace Door Hose Description
To convey cooling water to furnace doors in steel mills, glass plants, foundries, or where the hose is subjected to high temperatures and splashes of white-hot molten metals or glass. Designed to withstand extreme heat (1000ยฐF) from the exterior in open-heart steel mill furnaces.
Furnace Door Hoseย Construction:
Tube: EPDM, white, smooth and non-conductive
Reinforcement: 2-ply synthetic fabric
Cover: Glass fiber ply impregnated with heat- and flame-resistant synthetic rubber
Furnace Door Hose Temperature:
-40ยฐC to +130ยฐC, the cover could be resistant max. temperature up to 302ยฐC

The non-conductive furnace door hose is designed to convey cooling water to furnace doors in steel mills, glass plants, and similar operations.
