Pressure Hydraulic hoses for Spain
We offer a wide range of low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure hydraulic hoses, as well as thermoplastic and PTFE hoses.

All of our hoses comply with international standards, including those for pressure, bending radius, and temperature.
Low-pressure hydraulic hoses: These low-pressure nitrile rubber hoses feature a fiber or cotton braided layer. These low-pressure hoses are typically used in applications with pressures not exceeding 20 bar and are usually fitted with camlock couplings. The couplings may have iron or brass terminals and flat or 60° conical sealing seats. These hoses are used in the manufacture of connections for petroleum, diesel fuel, and air.
High-Pressure Hydraulic Hoses: High-pressure hoses are widely used in hydraulic systems and equipment across various industries, such as construction machinery, mining, agriculture, road construction, drilling, forestry machinery, material handling and lifting, transportation, marine applications, and other industrial processes. These hoses are reinforced with steel wire braiding to withstand high-pressure applications. For example, a 3/4” 1SN single-layer steel wire braided hose can withstand a pressure of 105 bar (1500 PSI).
Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hoses: Single and double-tube thermoplastic hydraulic hose series. These hoses feature metal and textile braided layers and can withstand pressures up to 700 bar. Our thermoplastic hoses are suitable for low, medium, high, and ultra-high pressure applications and used for conveying fluids and gases in various industries and applications: hydraulics/fluid power, pneumatics, lubrication, automotive, food processing, marine, refrigeration, petrochemicals, etc. Thermoplastic hoses are lightweight and compact due to the use of raw materials with higher hardness and lower specific gravity. Single-layer thermoplastic hydraulic hoses comply with the following standards: SAE J517, SECT SAE 100, and R7.
PTFE Hoses: Sinopulse manufactures and supplies flexible PTFE hoses and corrugated stainless steel hoses, reinforced with textile braiding and/or stainless steel, and fitted with assembled fittings. Key applications include chemical processing, industrial and medical gas applications, shipbuilding, energy production, pharmaceuticals, food industry, and the automotive industry.
Steel Wire Braided Hoses: Hoses with tightly woven metal mesh, hoses with two layers of ultra-tight metal mesh, hoses with ultra-tight metal mesh, double-layer braided hoses. Mainly used in applications below 3000 psi or 20 MPa. The main standard types are as follows:
Hydraulic Hose 1SN - Synthetic rubber hose • Single-ply braided steel wire reinforcement • Black synthetic rubber outer layer conforming to MSHA 1SN standard. This hose is ideal for any hydraulic application requiring high pressure, such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, boosters, etc. Maximum working pressure can reach 250 bar (3600 psi).
Hydraulic Hose 2SN - Synthetic rubber hose. • Double-ply braided steel wire reinforcement. • Black synthetic rubber outer layer conforming to MSHA 2SN standard. Maximum pressure can reach 410 bar (6000 psi).
Multi-spiral hydraulic hoses: Four-layer steel wire mesh high-pressure hoses, and four-layer or six-layer metal mesh high-pressure hoses. Their applications cover areas such as mine hydraulic supports, oilfield development, construction machinery, ships, and metallurgical forging.
4SP Industrial Hose - • Synthetic rubber tube. • Four-spiral reinforcement. • Durable outer layer. Can operate normally under 6500 psi pressure.
4SH Industrial Hose - NBR synthetic rubber tube. • Four-strand spiral steel wire reinforcement. • Synthetic rubber outer layer.
High-Pressure Washer Hose: Single-Layer Mesh: Hydraulic hose for high-pressure washers, available with single-layer or double-layer mesh reinforcement, suitable for hot water high-pressure cleaning.
Hydraulic Hose with Textile Reinforcement: Hoses with compact and ultra-compact double-layer braided metal mesh; hoses with two layers of ultra-compact metal mesh.
Air Conditioning Brake Hose: Hydraulic hose for air brakes, with a double-layer mesh structure. Resistant to high pressure and high temperature.
Air brake hydraulic hoses: Available with steel and stainless steel end fittings and adapters, with thread specifications including DKO, BSP, BSPT, JIC, and ORFS. Custom end fittings and adapters are also available.
We manufacture medium and high-pressure hydraulic hoses. Backed by over 20 years of experience in hose manufacturing, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. The hoses we supply to Spain are suitable for a wide range of applications: agriculture, industry, ventilation, hydraulics, welding, marine, HVAC, and fire fighting. Customer satisfaction is the best proof of our work.
How to Choose the Right Hose
- Installation Type: The selection and installation of flexible hoses always depend on the pressure of the circuit to be connected, the working cycle (water hammer test), the inner diameter of the hose, and the type of fluid to be used.
- Water Hammer Test: In systems with significant pressure fluctuations, flexible hoses that provide a higher safety factor must be selected. Conversely, if pressure fluctuations are minimal or absent, a minimum safety factor is sufficient.
- External Temperature: Heat dissipation or excessive cooling near the hose can damage the outer coating and reinforcement layers, negatively impacting the hose's lifespan.
- Working Pressure: According to EN, UNI ISO, DIN, and SAE standards, the recommended working pressure ratio is 1:4.
- Working Temperature: The operating temperature indicated for each hose refers to the maximum temperature of the fluid flowing through the hose (higher temperatures can be tolerated for short periods). Continuous operation at the maximum temperature will shorten the hose's lifespan.
- Gaseous Fluids: Extra caution must be exercised when selecting hoses for high-pressure gas applications. This also applies to chemical installations, but in this case, protecting the hose against accidental rupture may be more advantageous. A higher safety factor is recommended.
- Chemical Resistance: Hoses are generally resistant to ozone, sunlight, other atmospheric pollutants, water, and oil. For specific application requirements, please contact the technical department.
- Volume Expansion: Complies with national and international standards.
How to properly install hoses?
When hoses are operating under working pressure, their length may deviate by ±2% to -4%. Ensure that the total length of the hose does not exceed the distance between the connection points (under tension). Never bend the hose at a radius smaller than that shown in the specifications table, as this will cause excessive stress or reduce the hose's flow rate.
Excessive bending can cause uneven stress on the hose reinforcement layer, thereby reducing its performance. Use the most appropriate fittings for each installation, avoid excessive or insufficient bending, and ensure ease of maintenance. If the hose is installed in a location where it may come into contact with or rub against metal parts, it should be protected with a plastic or metal sleeve (e.g., a plastic or metal conduit).
When purchasing hydraulic hoses, quality is important.
Hydraulic hoses are widely used in industrial applications to connect two different port locations and reduce the effects of vibration. Therefore, it is crucial to select the appropriate hose based on its intended use. If used for connecting orifices, the hose must be flexible, and this flexibility depends on the required pressure, hose diameter, and material. We offer both high-pressure and low-pressure hoses. We will also provide you with purchasing advice to help you choose the product best suited to your needs.
