Rotary drilling hose is mainly used for conveying fluids such as water-based or oil-based mud, with the working temperature ranging from -30°C to +82°C. It is commonly used in oil fields, cement repair, geological exploration, coal mining and water transfer. This flexible piping arrangement allows the square drill pipe (as well as the drill pipe and bit) to be raised or lowered while drilling fluids are pumped through the drill pipe. Lowering the drill column while pumping fluids is critical to drilling operations.
Rotary drilling hose consists of three parts: the inner hose, the reinforcement layer and the outer hose.
The inner tuebe is made of nitrile rubber, which is wear, corrosion and oil resistant.
The reinforcing layer is made of 2-8 layers of high tensile, high strength spiral steel wire braid, which has a strong structure and is resistant to high pressure.
The outer cover is made of high quality synthetic rubber, mainly neoprene rubber, which makes the hose wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, cut-resistant, weather-resistant, ozone-resistant, aging-resistant, sunlight-resistant, and prolongs the service life of the hose.

Rotary drilling hose is mainly used to deliver water or oil-based mud in oil fields, geological exploration, and repair cement. It is also used for adjusting the installation mistake between the drilling pipeline and the standpipe to avoid shaking.
