SAE 100 R4 Textile Reinforced Hydraulic Hose with Braided Textile and Helix Steel Wire Reinforcement

SAE 100 R4 is used to suction and return petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids for low-pressure return lines or suction lines. It is made of oil-resistant rubber, so it can withstanding high temperature, tamper range from -40°C up to +100 °C.

It is constructed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

The tube is made from oil-resistant synthetic rubber, so it can handle petroleum and water-base fluids easily.

The reinforcement is equipped with a textile braid and a helix steel wire to prevent hose collapse under suction. The cover is made from abrasion and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber and Its synthetic rubber cover can withstand diverse weather conditions ranging from -40°F to 250°F..  We supply r4 hose sizes from 3/4" to 4" ID (larger sizes available by special order only).  It is a reliable choice for various industrial applications where efficiency and reliability are paramount.
