The SAE 100R15 hose reinforced a four or six  steel wire spiral inner core, that can withstand 6000 psi constant high-pressure hydraulic applications and guarantees exceptional performance and durability. Its construction ensures consistent operation and longevity. And it is a reliable choice for extreme hydraulic applications where need strength and durability.

SAE 100 R15 steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is  oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, so it could deliver petroleum-based hydraulic oils smoothly. The reinforcement is made 4 Or 6 steel wire spiral, ensuring unparalleled performance and durability in high-pressure hydraulic applications. The cover is made from oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA certified, and vulcanized, and abrasion- and weather-resistant. the r15 hose is recommended used to high pressure hydraulic oil lines for heavy-duty service applications with crude oils, fuel oils, lubricating oils, and gasoline.

SAE 100R15 Structure：

Inner Tube: oil-resistant synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile, high-strength thick spiral steel wires are arranged alternately, with four layers of high tensile steel wire spirals and six layers of high tensile steel spirals respectively, which make the hose have a very high working pressure.

Cover: High-quality wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA Certified.
