SAE 100R15 Spiral Hydraulic Hose is a high-performance, high-pressure hydraulic hose suitable for various machinery requiring extreme pressure and pulsating loads. The SAE 100R15 hose features a four or six-layer spiral steel wire reinforcement structure that can withstand 6000 psi constant working pressure and high impulse strength make it very popular in logging, construction/mining, agriculture and oil field equipment. It is totally competent to applications where only need 5000 psi operating pressure.

Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-tensile, high-strength thick spiral steel wires are arranged alternately, with four layers of high tensile steel wire spirals and six layers of high tensile steel spirals respectively, which make the hose have a very high working pressure.

Cover: High-quality wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, MSHA Certified.
