Water Blast Hoses are compact, lightweight, and flexible; designed for extremely high-pressure water blasting applications. Construction consists of four to six high-strength steel spirals and a synthetic rubber hose with a heat, ozone and abrasion-resistant outer layer.

It is also used to clean large tanks, heat exchangers, and pipes, and to remove marine growth from ships and docks. All components are tested to 1.5 times the working pressure before leaving our factory.

General Safety Guide for Waterblast Hose
High-pressure water is dangerous and can cause death, injury or property damage. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment including clothing, goggles, gloves and shoes. Only properly trained and authorized personnel may use hose assemblies. The area where hose assemblies are used must be clear of bystanders and properly marked. Never use a hose assembly above its working pressure and below its minimum bend radius. Always visually inspect hose assemblies before use. Do not use hose assemblies with corroded, leaking, worn or mechanically damaged fittings. Do not use hoses with blisters, cuts or exposed braid. Do not use hoses with kinks, dents or damage. Do not use hoses exposed to corrosive chemicals or high temperatures. When using hoses, avoid kinking, twisting, stretching and contact with sharp edges. A few percent change in hose length under pressure must be considered to avoid excessive stretching. Several sections of hose can be connected using suitable high-pressure fittings. It is not recommended to hang connected hose sections or let the hose support its own weight. Always clean, drain and coil the waterblast hose after use

Tiger Tail Bracket: Thread your water blaster hose through this protective tube to prevent your expensive high-pressure hose from rubbing against the sharp edges of your pipes.
Water Pilot Hose: This short hose should be attached to the end of the blasting hose and must be a different color to alert the operator when the nozzle is close to the pipe entrance. It can also be used as an inexpensive sacrificial hose and can be easily replaced.
How do I connect the nozzle to the water blaster hose?
To install the nozzle onto the high pressure water blaster hose, install the nozzle directly onto the male end of the hose and tighten with a wrench. Make sure it is tight so that the nozzle does not fall off the end of the hose during blasting. There is no need to use Teflon tape or similar tape to seal the nozzle to the hose, as nozzles are often interchanged so the tape would be wasted.
