SAE 100R7 is a medium-pressure thermoplastic hose to deliver synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. It is non-conductive due to its thermoplastic materials. It is constructed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, so it allows for greater chemical compatibility. and the reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber, and our high density braid design is high for maximum impulse life without loss of flexibility.  and the cover is made from high-quality thermoplastic with MSHA approved, which is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids.  it could handle hydraulic applications from 70 to 210 bar (1000 to 3000 psi), and work in -40°C to +93°C temperature application. It is ideal for medium-pressure hydraulic hose applications for hydraulic oil and lubrication lines. It applies to various industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, shipbuilding, machinery, automotive, and aerospace. Also available in twin-line or multi-line bonded hose constructions and in sizes from 1/8” I.D. to 1” I.D.

SAE 100 R7 Structure:

Inner Tube: High-quality hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic.

Reinforcement: one or two layers of braided high-tensile synthetic fiber

Cover: High-quality weather and hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic. (Black, oil and abrasion-resistant polyurethane thermoplastic; / Orange non-conductive, oil- and abrasion-resistant polyurethane thermoplastic)

Working temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C (-40 °F to +212 °F): limited to +70 °C ( +158 °F) for air and water based fluids

Maximum working pressure: 3335 psi  (R7-02 1/8" ID hose)

Minimum Burst Pressure: 4060 psi  (R7 -16 1" ID hose )

Minimum Bend Radius: 12 mm (R7-02 1/8" ID hose)
