SAE 100R17 Hydraulic Hose
SAE 100 R17 steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is a 3045 PSI constant pressure hydraulic line.ย Itย is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, for use with petroleum, synthetic or water-based fluids in hydraulic systems. The reinforcement is made from one layer or two braided layers of high tensile braided steel wire, making the hose have high working pressure, 3045 PSI constant pressure hydraulic lines. The cover is made from MSHA-certified, vulcanized abrasion and weather-resistant synthetic rubber,ย making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and cut.
R17 hydraulic hose has a two-wire steel braid core, offering longevity and consistent operation. Its weather and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber outer cover has MSHA-certified, ensure smooth functioning across a broad temperature range from -40โ to 100โ(-40ยฐF to +212ยฐF). With its enduring design, it is used in various high-demand applications, such as agricultural, construction & material handling equipment/machineries and systems, ensuring operational consistency and longevity without requiring frequent maintenance.

Construction:
Structure: It consists of three parts: inner tube, reinforcement layer and cover.
Inner rubber tube: black oil-resistant synthetic rubber, which makes the hose have excellent performance and high-strength when conveying oil substances.
Reinforcement: One or Two Wire Steel Braid: One wire high tensile steel braid in sizes 1/4 through 1/2". Two wire high tensile steel braid in sizes 5/8-1".
Cover: weather-and oil resistant synthetic rubber, which makes the hose resistant to ozone, wear, corrosion, aging and cutting. MSHA-certified to ensure smooth operation over a wide temperature range.
