SAE 100 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose

SAE 100R7 is a thermoplastic hydraulic hose used for medium-pressure applications with working temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. According to different materials and designs, it can be divided into standard, non-conductive, and twin-line hoses. It is typically used to convey petroleum-based fluids, water-based fluids, liquefied petroleum gas, fuels, and liquid transfer in medium-pressure hydraulic systems. It applies to various industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, shipbuilding, machinery, automotive, and aerospace. Due to its good chemical stability and wear resistance, SAE 100R7 is also commonly used for hydraulic transmission in high-temperature environments.

Inner Tube:  High-quality hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic.

Reinforcement: one or two layers braided high-tensile synthetic fiber

Cover:  High-quality weather and hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic. (Black, oil and abrasion-resistant polyurethane thermoplastic; / Orange non-conductive, oil and abrasion resistant polyurethane thermoplastic)

Maximum working pressure: 3335 psi  (1/8" ID hose)

Minimum Burst Pressure: 4060 psi  (1" ID hose )

Minimum Bend Radius: 12 mm (1/8" ID hose)
